Everyday Matcha

Preparation
Ingredients
- 4 grams of ceremonial grade matcha powder
- 35ml of warm water
- 150ml of your favorite milk
- 1 tsp Matriarca Agave
Instructions
- Sift matcha powder to a small bowl
- Add the warm water. Not boiling, because that can burn the matcha.
- If you have one use a bamboo whisk (chasen), if not a regular small whisk will do, in a fast, vigorous "M" or "W" motion, keeping it light and not pressing hard, until a fine, frothy foam forms on top, usually 30-60 seconds.
- Add 150ml of your favorite milk (I use oat or soy).
- Stir in 1 tsp Matriarca Agave to naturally but deliciously sweeten your matcha. If you want it sweeter, you can always add more. You can also add a splash a vanilla extract and Sal de Colima to elevate it.
