Pica Maica, Apple, Mango Ginger Chili Icepops

Preparation

Ingredients

  • 1 apple, peeled, cored, and quartered
  • 2 mangos, peeled, cored, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Matriarca Agave Nectar, to taste
  • Matriarca Pica Maica

Instructions

  1. In a blender combine apple, mangoes, water and ginger. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain mixture through a fine mesh strainer.
  3. Add agave and sweeten to taste. Add Pica Maica to popsicle molds.
  4. Fill with mango mix half way, and add a squirt of chamoy.
  5. Continue to fill with mango mixture until filling mold all the way to the top.
  6. Repeat process for the remaining popsicle molds. Freeze for about 3-5 hours.
  7. Remove popsicles from mold and enjoy!
