There are instructions on how to do them i has to go online to get the information and I tried doing and they did not come out like my friends did. As you can see, not quite the tortillas. Love you.

I absolutely loved the corn flour! I grew up in Mexico, so the quality reminded me of the freshness of tortillas growing up. I didn’t even need to tap them for the tortillas to fluff. The aroma is exquisite, the flavor is different than Maseca. I’ll never be buying Maseca again!
Hard to see but there really is a puff. I'm going to krep at it.

Seriously the best taquito ever with this corn flour. So flavorful and soft/tender tortilla. Puffed up beautifully.
Love the flavor and how easy is to make the dough
The measurements for making tortillas was way off. I had to keep adding more masa to dry it out t. I started with 1c masa and 1.25c hot water ended up adding an additional 1/3c masa before I could make my tortillas.
All the products are well thought out. They are not only delicious, but no preservatives!! The mirepoix powders and the salsa macha are a staple in my kitchen. This red corn flour is my absolute favorite masa.

First time using the red masa and it was surprisingly easy. I was also able to make them puff nicely. The taste and texture of these tortillas take me back to my childhood. There is no going back to store bought tortillas. Thank you Marcela.!!

I can’t keep the salsa macha or jalepenos long enough. My daughter adds them to everything besides the meals I intended…tuna sandwiches, arroz, pizza, todo. Those will become a staple in our house. Family size coming soon? It’s our first time ordering the jams. We are enjoying them very much. Love the flavor combinations, and personally I love anything with cardamom and guava! Right now, we’ve only used them as a spread for pan, but I plan to experiment with them soon.
