About Our Jams
Our jams are made with whole fruit, agave instead of refined sugar, and no preservatives. They’re fresh-style preserves, closer to something you’d make at home than a shelf-stable jam. Because of this, once opened they’re best enjoyed within about 30 days when refrigerated, depending on how they’re used.
To keep them at their best: always refrigerate after opening, use a clean spoon every time (no double dipping), and return the jar to the fridge promptly. You may notice some natural separation over time—just give it a stir. Fresh ingredients behave like fresh food, and that’s exactly the point.
